Presenters
Aleanna Kondelis, Contracted Consultant, Educator and Trainer, MRSC. Aleanna is a contracted consultant with over 15 years of experience in public procurement and public works. She has served as a procurement and contracting officer for two large public agencies in Washington state and has held several accreditations and certifications from public works and procurement organizations.
